To join the DGNHAS print out and complete this application form and post it to us with a cheque for the appropriate amount made payable to the DGNHAS. Alternatively come along to a meeting and contact an Office Bearer or Member of Committee at the time. To avoid unnecessary conversion and bank charge payments those applying from overseas should make payments in sterling (GBP). Subscriptions become due for renewal upon the 1st October
each year. |

| Members who pay Income Tax can greatly increase their
annual subscription to the Society by completing a Gift Aid declaration.
This enables the Society to reclaim the amount of Income Tax you have
