| Hibs
0-0 Hearts, August 27 1988 Oh lord, another goalless derby. At least it was better than losing I suppose. The crowd was allegedly 25,000, though the programme was curiously vague about exact attendance figures at this time - they all seemed to be very rounded numbers, unlike the precision offered by other clubs. If there is anything to be remembered about this game I'd love to know... Hibs lined up: Goram, Hunter, Sneddon, Orr, Rae, McIntyre, May, Archibald, Kane, Collins and Evans, who was subbed by Tortolano, while a certain Pat McGinlay warmed the bench throughout the game.

| Gordon's
Easter Road Connection Gordon Strachan that is. The programme ran a feature on the wee ginger fella, trailing the forthcoming friendly with Manchester United for Gordon Rae's testimonial. Full article here. |
