I came up from Cambridge to go to this game. It was the weekend that Scotland and England squared up to each other at Murrayfield to contest the rugby Grand Slam. My mother had a ticket for Murrayfield and offered it to me, as she didn't really want to go. I, however, opted for Tannadice and the chance to see Hibs march on to Scottish Cup glory...

So much for Scottish Cup glory...

The DJ at Tannadice entertained us all at half-time with the latest hits from the Angus Strathspey and Reel Society chart rather than the more usual pop Top 20. And I thought it was just the Dons who were into sheep.

Apart from goalscorer Darren Jackson, there was another future Hibee in the Arab ranks, whom Oor Wullie seemed keen to get intimate with...

Just about the biggest cheer of the afternoon was for the announcement midway through the second half of the result from Murrayfield. Those interested in egg-chasing can re-live a little of that moment here.
