Beef en daube – bacon, mushrooms & onions with horseradish mash

 

Honey glazed breast of duck with orange sauce, spinach & potato cake

 

Sweet potato fritters, spiced chick peas & crème fraiche

 

All the above served with a selection of fresh vegetables
