Roast turkey with sage & garlic seasoning, chipolata, cranberry sauce & roast potatoes

 

Beef en daube with bacon, onion, mushroom on a bed of horseradish mash

 

Sweet potato fritters, spiced chick peas and crème fraiche

 

All the above served with mixed vegetables
